Some surveys are open for a very short period of time, even less than one hour. How can I receive more invitations?
Although we can not guarantee a certain frequency in terms of sending surveys, the safest method is to include as much information as possible in your profile. The more information you complete, the more precisely we will know which studies are best suited for you and we will send you more invitations. It is ideal to complete your profile 100% and keep the information updated at all times.
Why did I receive more than 1 invitation to the same survey?
Yes, you may be sent an invitation more than once; That happens when we have not yet compiled the minimum number of answers our client needs. The maximum number of invitations you can receive for the same survey is 3.
How do you use my answers?

How much money can I earn?
This depends on how often you participate in our surveys, how complete your profile is and how many invitations we send you. We can not guarantee the frequency of sending surveys, although according to our experience, receiving an average of 4 to 5 invitations per survey is realistic. To maximize your earnings, it is best to complete your profile 100%, keep it updated and check your email or your DataDiggers account at least once a day.
When will the money be sent to my account after answering the survey?

Why have not I won the money in a specific survey?
There may be several reasons: some are related with the quality of the answers that you provided, or reasons related to the mismatch with the requested objective or the limit of responses established by our clients.
The quality of the data is extremely important for both us and our customers. There may be situations in which the answers you provide are considered of nonconforming quality. The cases are the following:
- Quick answers: each questionnaire has an estimated average duration; if you do not complete the questionnaire within an acceptable period, it will be considered inappropriate from the point of view of quality; means that you have not read and fully understood the questions and the response variants; therefore, the client will not consider the relevant answers and will not be rewarded.
- Inconsistent answers: in a questionnaire there may be more similar questions, but written in a different way; If you offer inconsistent answers to these similar questions, the client will not consider them relevant and will not be rewarded.
- "Red Herring" responds: sometimes, our clients insert specific questions to test their attention and, therefore, verify if they really read the question and the answers carefully, so that their answers are real and reflect their opinion. It can be the same question formulated in different ways in different stages of the questionnaire for which you are expected to respond in the same way, or choose the same answer option. If the answers given do not pass this test, the client will not consider the relevant opinions and, consequently, will not be rewarded.
- Answers not suitable for open questions: from time to time there may be questions where answers are not mentioned, only some boxes in which you must write your answer, according to your opinion. If the answer you provide is not related to the question, includes inappropriate language or letters without any meaning, your opinion will not be considered relevant by the client and will not be rewarded by the study.
When we receive responses such as those mentioned above, all answers given in that survey will be considered unacceptable from the point of view of quality and, consequently, we will not be rewarded. If we constantly obtain such responses in multiple surveys, we reserve the right to remove that member's account from the panel.
In addition, there are 2 other cases in which you may not be rewarded:
- does not match the objective profile that the client needs for that specific study
- it matches the profile, but there is a maximum limit of responses accepted by the client for the demographic data (usually age, sex and region) and when the link is accessed, the maximum limit has already been reached.
